Terms and Conditions

The service

We issue a flight reservation held under a real booking reference for the route and dates you request. It is proof of onward or return travel, not a paid ticket, and it cannot be used to board a flight.

Validity

Each reservation is valid for the period shown at checkout, starting from the moment it is issued. Validity cannot be extended after expiry; a new order is required.

Your responsibilities

• Provide passenger names exactly as they appear in the passport.
• Check your destination’s entry and visa requirements before ordering.
• Order early enough for the validity window to cover your travel date.

Refunds

If we fail to deliver a valid reservation, we will reissue it or refund your payment in full. Orders delivered correctly are non-refundable because the reservation is created immediately.

Liability

Entry decisions are made solely by airlines, immigration authorities and visa offices. We are not affiliated with any airline, government body or visa centre and cannot guarantee the outcome of any application or check-in.
